Firstly established in 1998, Dalian ShengTong Valve Product Co., Ltd is mainly engaged in producing valves & pipe fittings, which integrates designing, developing, manufacturing and sales business together.
With the covering area of 71000m2 and the building area of 18000m2, Dalian ShengTong Valve has a total number of 40 engineering technicians and it is equipped with 210 sets of advanced corresponding equipment for production and inspection: including molding machine, core machine, FBO-&©|8545;molding line, 5MT cupola, electric furnaces in 800kg, 1000kg & 1500kg, C20~C160 common lathe, vertical lathe, boring lathe, NC machining tool, action spectrum, front furnace quick analyzer, Universal Testing Machine, Metallography Microscope, pressure test equipment and so on. Among them, the molding line is FBO-&©|8545;horizontal parting molding line imported from Sintokogio Ltd., Japan, the size of the sandbox is 550x450x130~200, the production capacity is 150 boxes/hour (non-core setting) and 100 boxes/hour (core setting). With the effort of frequent technical reforming & technical skills training, Dalian ShengTong Valve has gained an abundant production and technical strength. At present the annual capacity has increased to 10000mt from previous 6000mt.
